The terms that govern purchases from our boutique.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund that item in full.
Pricing & payment
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at checkout via one of the enabled payment methods; manual transfers are verified by our team before an order is prepared.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of our place of business.
