Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
30-day returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Fine jewelry must include its original box and certificate where applicable.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please keep your proof of postage until the return is refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it is inspected within 2 business days and your refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear. Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
