We ship every order with care, wrapped in signature Élégance packaging.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm are prepared and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times & rates
Domestic delivery takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on all orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout; below it a flat shipping fee applies. Express delivery is available at checkout for urgent orders.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel in real time. If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
